To become a paid host, you must live-stream on a platform or app that compensates creators for broadcasting to their audience. As live-streaming continues to grow, many social media platforms have partnered with certified agencies to help recruit and support new hosts.

🎤 What Is the Audition Process?
Most live-streaming platforms require new hosts to complete a short audition on the app they will use to stream. This helps the platform verify your identity, communication skills, and ability to engage with an audience.
Here is how the process works:
1️⃣ Create Your BIGO Live Account
Your first step is to create an account on the BIGO Live app. You will need to download the app, set up your profile, and make sure your account is active before auditioning. Once your account is created, I will send you a link to join my agency, which you will use to fill out your information.
2️⃣ Submit Your Audition Video
Once you click the link to join my agency (which you will receive in your BIGO Live messages), your next step is to send me your audition video — preferably through WhatsApp.
In your audition video, you must include the following:
Your BIGO Name
Your BIGO ID
A short description of what your content may be
A statement that you are auditioning for Showtime Agency
Your video must be recorded in a bright, well-lit environment where your face is clearly visible.
No sunglasses are allowed.
You will have 5 days to submit your audition video after clicking the agency link and filling out your information.
3️⃣ After Your Video Is Submitted
Once your audition video is submitted and reviewed, I will contact you with your results. If you pass, you will be officially welcomed into the agency and added to the Showtime Agency Group Chat, where you will receive updates, guidance, resources, and support as you begin your hosting journey.
💬 What If I Don’t Pass the First Time?
No need to stress — this happens sometimes.
If you don’t pass, the platform will tell us why, and you are always welcome to re-audition. There is no penalty, no waiting list, and no limit on how many times you can try. Most people pass once they understand what the platform is looking for.
